Kyle Monangai, RB (CHI)

Cleared to play Sunday

Monangai (knee) is not listed on the Bears' Week 1 injury report Wednesday.

After missing a bunch of training camp and the entire preseason with a hyperextended knee, Monangai's ready to roll for the games that count. He should fill a similar role as last season behind D'Andre Swift, who out-carried Monangai 32 to 21 in the Bears' two playoff games. Monangai is one of the premier fantasy bench stashes at running back, and he could have some standalone value during bye weeks.

Won't practice Tuesday

Head coach Ben Johnson said that Odunze (leg) won't practice Tuesday, but the wide receiver is considered "more day-to-day," and the Bears remain hopeful that he'll play in Sunday's season opener versus the Panthers, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Currently team's only healthy RB

Johnson currently is the only healthy running back on the Bears' active roster after D'Andre Swift (abdomen) exited Thursday's practice due to an injury, Sean Hammond of the Chicago Tribune reports.
