It was reported earlier in August that Hubbard was on track to suit up for Carolina's season opener, and per head coach Dave Canales he remains on track to do so. Should Hubbard suit up for Week 1 as anticipated, he and Jonathon Brooks will work in a committe, per Joe Person of The Athletic.
