Dallas Cowboys

Javonte Williams 29%; Malik Davis 53%

Javonte Williams had a slight injury scare in this game, which explains his extremely low snap counts. Malik Washington is the Cowboys’ primary backup, as we have seen for a few weeks. Javonte was able to return to the game and scored a TD. There does not appear to be any concern here, but Davis is probably worth a stash after a few Williams injury scares.

Conclusion: If you have the space, grab Malik Davis.

Houston Texans

Woody Marks 22%; Jawhar Jordan 42%

This is another injury scare that does not appear to be roster-changing. Like Williams, Marks scored a TD in his limited usage, but unlike Williams, he did not return to the game. If DeMeco Ryans can be believed, Marks could have returned in a more competitive contest. Marks is likely okay moving forward.

In his absence, the Texans turned to Jawhar Jordan, who was pretty great (15 carries for 101 yards plus 17 via the passing game). Jordan’s output needs to be put in the context of an awful Cardinals defense. Plus, Nick Chubb might return and get involved again (if so, why?). Jordan is not even on the Texans’ active roster; he was elevated from the practice squad in Week 15. Plus, Dare Ogunbowale is still doing stuff occasionally. As such, I don’t see the same handcuff value in Jordan as I do for Malik Davis.

Conclusion: Ride Woody Marks or someone else to your fantasy championship.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Jakobi Meyers 87%; Brian Thomas 77%; Parker Washington 45%

The Parker Washington show looks like it is coming to a close. Now that Jakobi Meyers is fully integrated and essentially playing like the Jaguars’ WR1, the Jags do not have the same need for Parker Washington as before. Brian Thomas, while extremely disappointing this year, is still far ahead of Washington on the depth chart. Even Brenton Strange is playing far more significant snaps than Parker Washington.

Conclusion: I can’t imagine you were relying on Parker Washington at this stage in the season, but that train has left the station. His only pathway to fantasy relevance is an injury to Thomas or Meyers.

New York Giants

Tyrone Tracy 76%; Devin Singletary 24%

Tyrone Tracy saw extensive action in the Giants’ Week 15 matchup against Washington, having entered Week 15 fully healthy after recovering from a hip injury and was declared “good to go,” positioning him to resume a lead‑back workload. Tracy made the most of that expanded role, producing both rushing and receiving TDs while finishing with 97 total yards, which kept him on the field as one of the Giants’ most effective offensive weapons.

It was a bit surprising to see Tracy get such extended usage in a largely negative game script. He was even playing on the Giants’ last drive of the game, when the team was losing by eight. This bodes very well for Tracy in the next couple of weeks, but especially Week 17 when the Giants play the Raiders.

Conclusion: Tyrone Tracy could be a valuable member of your fantasy team in the fantasy championship.

Indianapolis Colts

Josh Downs  72%

Phillip Rivers was not horrible in his first game back after five years off; he threw a TD and should have beaten a good Seahawks team.

Rivers’ presence saw a pretty big uptick in Josh Downs usage, which makes sense as Rivers aDOT was 4.7 yards. Short, quick throws appear to be how the Colts want to use Rivers. It makes sense that Downs would be the beneficiary of those shorter throws.

The entire Colts offense ceiling looks to be pretty low, but the Seahawks are a very good defense. Downs caught a TD from Rivers and saw five targets. He could be decent if you are desperate. But the truth is, you probably shouldn’t play any Colt anymore, especially with tough matchups against the 49ers and the Jaguars in the next few weeks.

Conclusion: Josh Downs should see more playing time with Rivers, but it probably doesn’t matter for your efforts to win a fantasy championship.
