Gets job done Sunday

Bridgewater completed 19 of 26 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-10 win over Washington.

He also gained one yard on his only carry. Bridgewater's numbers were disappointing given the defense he was facing, but he was efficient and avoided mistakes, with his 15-yard toss to Melvin Gordon late in the second quarter accounting for the game's only passing TD. Bridgewater will take a 13:5 TD:INT through eight starts into a Week 9 clash with the Cowboys.
