Coach Robert Saleh said neither Pollard nor Spears will practice Wednesday, but there's no concern about their availability for Sunday's game against Baltimore. Pollard rushed 17 times for 74 yards against the Giants last Sunday and added four catches for 22 yards on four targets. Playing in a bad Tennessee offense, Pollard doesn't have much of a fantasy ceiling.
