Formally facing charges
Allen has been formally charged with two misdemeanors related to his August arrest, Nathan Brown of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Allen was arrested in late August, and he has officially been charged with two counts, including "OVWI with a BAC of .15 or more." Per the same source, "The NFL's policy says an eight-game suspension could be levied with aggravating circumstances (including 'extreme intoxication' with a BAC of .15 or more)."
