Chad Ryland, K (ARI)

Makes three of four kicks in preseason loss

Ryland made field goals of 38 and 31 yards, missed a 62-yarder wide right and knocked through his only extra-point try in the Cardinals' 34-13 preseason loss to the Cowboys on Saturday.

Ryland's one miss was excusable considering the distance, and the fourth-year pro was otherwise perfect on the night. Through three preseason games, the 2023 fourth-round pick of the Patriots is 7-for-9 on field goals and has connected on all seven extra-point tries. Ryland is the only placekicker on the Cardinals' roster and will be looking to improve on the 81.5 percent success rate on field goals that he's mustered over his first two seasons in Arizona during the 2026 campaign.
