Returns to practice Thursday
Jones (knee) is participating in Thursday's practice, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.
Jones aggravated a knee injury in this past Sunday's win over the Colts and subsequently sat out practice Wednesday, but he's set to participate in at least some capacity Thursday. Jordan Mason returned from injured reserve to lead the Vikings with 15 carries for 68 yards in the 16-10 win over the Colts. If Jones ultimately suits up Sunday against the Lions, he'll likely split carries with Mason.
