Isaiah Likely, TE (NYG)

Quiet game in McCarthy's first start

Likely caught two of four targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 27-21 overtime win over the Texans.

With J.J. McCarthy inserted under center for his first start with the Giants, Likely took a big hit in production, as Malik Nabers led the team in targets (nine), catches (seven) and yards (111) despite the tough on-paper matchup with cornerback Derek Stingley. Likely will try to get back on track coming out of the Week 8 bye when the Giants face the Eagles on the road in Week 9.
