NFL Week 7 Weather Conditions (Fantasy Football)
Week 6 came and went without a ton of weather impacts, which I love because we all have to find other reasons why our starters sucked. Looking ahead to Week 7, we have got another International Game (this time in France), and every single afternoon game is in a dome! I love dome games; they have the easiest weather to forecast!
What does the week ahead have in store for us? Find out below, dear reader!
It’s football time, baby!
Sunday Morning Game (Paris Game)
Pittsburgh Steelers @ New Orleans Saints
MEDIUM impact. It will be mostly clear in Saint-Denis, France. No rain is expected, but there will be some stronger winds throughout the game. Wind speeds will be sustained in the mid to upper teens (around 18 mph). I wouldn’t bench a stud without a viable alternative, but I would fade the kickers in the game and temper expectations for the deep passing game.
Sunday Early Afternoon Games
Cleveland Browns @ Tennessee Titans
LOW impact. It will be a beautiful afternoon in Nashville. Expect sunny skies, temperatures in the upper 70s, and light winds. No issues here. Start all your studs.
Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets
LOW impact. Another game with great weather conditions. Clear skies with calm winds and temperatures in the upper 60s. Start everyone you normally would. I cannot remember the last time I gave East Rutherford, New Jersey, the “GOOD WEATHER GAME OF THE WEEK” award. So let’s give it to them in hopes of a high-scoring game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Carolina Panthers
LOW impact. Overall, it will be a nice day. There will be some slightly increased winds, with sustained speeds in the low teens and gusts into the low-20s. However, those gusts will be intermittent, so do not make any drastic changes.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens
LOW impact. Hey, let’s keep the nice weather streak going. Sunny skies will be prevalent throughout the game with light winds and temperatures in the mid-60s. Start everyone you normally would and enjoy the game.
Sunday Night Game
Kansas City Chiefs @ Seattle Seahawks
MEDIUM impact. It will be a damp and cool night in Seattle on Sunday. The good news is that the rain doesn’t look too heavy and the wind will be fairly light. Temperatures will be in the mid-40s. I would not fade anyone in the game that you would roll with normally (Kenneth Walker and Jaxon Smith-Njigba), but for your WR2s it may be worth looking at games with better conditions.
Monday Night Game
Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles
LOW impact. We will wrap up Week 7 with a great evening in Philadelphia. Clear skies, light winds, and no rain. No issues here. Start all your studs.
Best of luck to your team in the week ahead!
