Mike Evans, WR (SF)

Cleared for Week 5

Evans (ribs) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Evans practiced on a limited basis Wednesday before sitting out Thursday's session, but with him cleared of any injury tag for Week 5 it appears he was simply held out for maintenance purposes. It's unclear just how close Evans is to 100 percent, but he will be out there for his team's key Week 5 matchup with its NFC West rival.
