NFL DFS DraftKings Cash Picks: Week 5 (Fantasy Football)
NFL DFS cash games are all about building a high-floor lineup that can win in head-to-heads, 50/50s, and double-ups. Each week I’ll highlight my favorite cash game picks that I have some confidence in heading into the weekend to put into my player pools.

Quarterbacks
Jacoby Brissett $5,500 vs. DET
The Cardinals and Lions game is the game of the week when it comes to DFS. The total here currently sits at a whopping 54.5 and no other game on the main slate has a total above 45.5. Because this game stands above the rest, you’re going to see a ton of Lions and Cardinals in cash and tournaments. It starts at the QB position with Jacoby Beef Brisket at home against this woeful Lions secondary. So far this season, Detroit ranks 30th in EPA per drop back while allowing over 300 passing yards per game (32nd). For context, kelvin Sheppard’s unit is on pace to allow 5,560 passing yards and 47 passing TDs! Brissett is way too cheap for this matchup. I expect him to be the cash game QB for just about everyone this weekend.
