Bell will likely continue to be limited in practices until the Dolphins are willing to fully unleash him following last season's torn ACL. While he's had his reps managed during the week, Bell has been seeing extensive snaps on Sundays, especially since Caleb Douglas has been out with an ankle injury. Bell has reeled in just five of 14 targets this season for 92 yards.
