Douglas will remain sidelined for a second straight contest, allowing fellow rookie Chris Bell to handle an increased role on offense alongside Malik Washington. Bell turned eight targets into four catches for 67 yards last Sunday against the Chiefs while playing 71.2 percent of the Dolphins' offensive snaps.
