The Jaguars have been restricting Meyers' practice activity through the four weeks of the regular season after he jammed his right thumb during a joint practice with Carolina in training camp, but the issue hasn't kept him from suiting up on gamedays. He's expected to cleared to play Sunday in Cincinnati following Friday's practice.
