Fitzpatrick is a cornerstone of the Steelers' defense and missing him for any time would be a big blow to the secondary. It is possible he could still return in time for Week 11, but that depends on his vaccination status and ability to produce multiple negative test results. If Fitzpatrick were to miss Sunday, it will likely lead to a bigger workload for Tre Norwood or Miles Killebrew.
