Under evaluation for head injury
Goedert exited Sunday's game at Denver to be checked for a head injury.
Goedert took a hit to the helmet on a first-quarter catch and stayed down for a spell before walking slowly to the sideline. After a visit to the blue medical tent, he went to the locker room, where the Eagles will determine if he sustained a concussion. If he's unable to return, Goedert will finish Week 10 with two receptions (on two targets) for 28 yards. Jack Stoll and Tyree Jackson are the remaining healthy tight ends on the game-day roster.
