Randall Cobb, WR (FA)

Leads team in receiving yards

Cobb caught three passes for 50 yards on five targets against Kansas City on Sunday.

Cobb's box score was mostly propelled by a 35-yard reception on a somewhat improvised throw from Jordan Love, which marked the longest play of the day for the Packers offense. It was encouraging to see Cobb show that in-play adjustment ability much like he does with starter Aaron Rodgers (COVID-19), yet the five targets on 34 pass attempts is a reminder that Cobb's role is that of a glue guy rather than a featured component of the Green Bay offense. It's not clear whether the Packers will get Rodgers back for a home game against Seattle in Week 10.
