Practices in limited fashion

Ebron (hamstring) was limited in practice Friday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN reports.

Ebron's limited participation is a step in the right direction after he missed both Thursday's practice and last week's win over the Browns. Pittsburgh doesn't play until Monday, so the Steelers won't give Ebron an official injury designation until Saturday. Even if he suits up against the Bears on Monday, Ebron would likely work in a backup role behind ascending rookie Pat Freiermuth.
