Week 17 DFS Injury Report
Week 17 is like no other week in the NFL. Teams headed for the playoffs won’t risk a star player potentially suffering an injury in a meaningless game. Even teams who are eliminated from the playoffs sometimes get a look at younger players to see what they have for the future. If a lingering injury has bothered a player over the past week or so, and his team is eliminated, they may get shut down.
The Bills, Ravens, Chargers, Titans, Falcons and Seahawks are sure to play their players for the entire game as they all have something on the line this weekend. The Saints, Patriots, Vikings and Panthers will at least begin the game with their starters on the field. All four teams are locked into a playoff spot, but will be looking to secure seedings. New Orleans, New England and Minnesota could rest players in the second half if they have a big lead. Carolina has a chance to win the division, and are looking to finish the season strong by knocking out Atlanta. Pittsburgh is also resting starters.
