Week 11 DFS Injury Impact
Injuries and players missing time for other reasons are always a big deal in fantasy football but even more so in DFS where one player’s issues can completely alter an entire game and the next man up mantra becomes vital due to the salary cap nature of DFS. Thus, it’s important to stay on top of all the injury and suspension news before locking in your DFS lineups.
Here are the most relevant players on the main slate (If you’re looking for injury news for the primetime slate, check out my primetime slate article here) in danger of missing time or returning to action in Week 11:
OUT for the Patriots: Chris Hogan
Upgrade: Brandin Cooks, Rob Gronkowski, Rex Burkhead, Danny Amendola, and Philip Dorsett
Ya, I kind of like the Patriots offense and the spot they’re in this week. The Over/Under currently sits at 54.5 points and the Raiders defense ranks DEAD LAST in pass DVOA and has allowed the 11th most passing yards per game. With Chris Hogan out, expect to see more looks for Cooks, Gronk, and Burkhead. They’re the three I’m most interested in playing. Danny Amendola and Philip Dorsett are even on the tournament radar as well. Dorsett especially, who saw 49 snaps last week with Hogan out.
