NFL DFS DraftKings Cash Picks: Week 5 (Fantasy Football)
NFL DFS cash games are all about building a high-floor lineup that can win in head-to-heads, 50/50s, and double-ups. Each week I’ll highlight my favorite cash game picks that I have some confidence heading into the weekend to put into my player pools.

Quarterbacks
Patrick Mahomes $8,200 @ MIN
The Chiefs struggled throwing the ball on the road against the Jets on Sunday night, but that’s clearly a blip in the radar for the 2022 MVP. Mahomes and the Chiefs get an unbelievable bounce back spot against the Vikings in a game that sports the slate’s highest total. This game currently sits at 53 points, and it’s being played inside Minnesota’s dome where we know games can get a little crazy (in a good way!). The Vikings are allowing opposing passers to average 7.5 yards per attempt, which ranks ninth-worst in the league despite facing Baker Mayfield and Bryce Young in two of their four games. Mahomes is also padding the stat line with his legs more this season. Through four weeks, he’s averaging 38.5 rushing yards per game.
