DFS First Look Pricing for Week 4 (Fantasy Football)
Last week, here were a couple of names highlighted in the Week 3 First Look article:
- This seems like a duh but Russell Wilson was the cash game lock of the century. Hopefully, you didn’t look elsewhere and paired him with Tyler Lockett.
- It was a Dalvin Cook week! I suggested him as the RB to be most overweight on in Week 3. If you waded through the muck and the mire of the first two weeks, Michael Gallup was the Cowboys WR we threw out there as a must play in GPPs.
- Direct hit! Tyler Kroft was the punt play TE we talked up and my dude came through with two TDs including the game-winner!
This week is going to be a challenge as it’s packed with big names and we’re going to see less chalk than last week.
Each week see movement and fluctuation in prices. Like any type of market, some changes are needed, some are overcorrections, and some salaries are just downright wrong. Player pricing on the major DFS platforms is available to us well before we even start our process of building lineups and allows us to identify the inefficiencies, a tool within the toolbelt of someone who wants to win consistently in DFS.

Quarterback
In case you wanted to play Sam Darnold and Jeff Driskel, I hate to break it to you but they are on Thursday night this week. While last week Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson were off the slate, paying up at QB is going to be part of the conversation this week.
DraftKings: Of the four main QBs, Jackson will likely carry the lowest roster percentage after getting blown out on Monday night. I’ll gladly pay up $8,100 for someone who could be under five percent…Cam Newton is the QB10 on the week but projects to be a top-5 scorer at the position against the Chiefs… After looking good even on the road against the Bills last week, Jared Goff‘s salary has risen $1,100 this week. The matchup against the Giants is enticing but he’s no longer a screaming value at $6,700… Matthew Stafford is in a perfect position at $5,900 to form a stack with one of his WRs and run it back with Alvin Kamara… If you really want to get nuts and ride the Ryan Fitzpatrick train, our bearded wonder is a lowly $5,400 despite the fact the Seahawks are bleeding out fantasy points to opposing QBs…
