Winning in the playoffs can be more about who you don’t start. Underdogs need to aim high, while favorites should play it safe. On losing NFL teams, it is much easier to depend on young players, looking to prove themselves. Good luck to those of you still playing!

Sammy Watkins 94% / Marquise Goodwin 83% / Robert Woods 52%

The final 3 games are very important for Sammy Watkins. Starting in week 14, his participation appears to reflect that. I would consider him as reliable as any WR right now.

Kenneth Farrow 85% / Melvin Gordon 12%

What a brutal week for Gordon owners. It sounds like he is going to be a game-time decision next week. Farrow filled in decently in week 14, but Ronnie Hillman could be the back to own if Gordon can’t play. If you have other options, you may be forced to use them this week.

Jeremy Hill 58% / Rex Burkhead 42%

The snaps don’t tell the real story. Hill dominated opportunities (29 : 11) and took advantage of a great matchup. Burkhead has been hyped up since entering the league, but if he isn’t being utilized with Gio Bernard out injured, it seems clear the coaching staff is not as enamored with him as some of us hoped.

Daniel Brown 66% / Logan Paulsen 36% / Ben Braunecker 18%

Brown was the only Bears TE to receive a target (6) this week. He has clearly taken the pass catching duties over since Zach Miller got hurt. Brown is a desperation play, but with Alshon Jeffery returning next week, he may have more open space to work with in the middle of the field.

T.J. Yeldon 80% / Corey Grant 17%

With Chris Ivory and Denard Robinson out with injury, Yeldon has been given the keys to the running game in Jacksonville. He did appear to run with more aggression than I have seen in a while, but he is just not very good. He should only be played if you have few other options.

Rashad Jennings 54% / Paul Perkins 37%

Perkins is getting more involved every week and provided a nice spark for the Giants offense. He may not be in place to help you immediately, but watch out for him next season.

Devontae Booker 43% / Justin Forsett 42%

Forsett had 9 opportunities while Booker had 5.  Neither of these players carry any value for the playoff stretch. Very disappointing season for Booker.

Bilal Powell 87% / Brandon Wilds 11% / Matt Forte 7%

Powell came into the year as one of the most valuable handcuffs.  It took until week 14 and an unfortunate injury to Forte for that to come to fruition.  Too late for some of us.

Tim Hightower 31% / Travaris Cadet 30% / John Kuhn 30% / Mark Ingram 30%

The Saints RB situation has devolved into a useless RBBC. If Hightower or Ingram were a workhorse, we could see great fantasy production, but that is not the case and none of these players can be trusted with the playoffs on the line.
