Fantasy Football Week 10: Rankings Audit & Podcast Highlights
Anyone else feeling like the past few weeks have been a little light on the fantasy scoring? Week 10 has some interesting games that could make the scoreboard spin! There are great matchups and big-time fantasy players returning from injuries. While this week is “bye-pocalypse” with six teams on bye, there are only a few true fantasy studs that will be taking the week off.
Quarterback Rankings
Welcome back, Mr. Mahomes! Even after missing two games and part of a third, Mahomes still ranks as QB10 on the season and gets to face a Titans secondary that hasn’t been as good in the past few weeks as they were early in the season.
Kyler Murray has a lot of hype behind him this week as he travels east to face the Buccaneers “secondary” that has been a boon to fantasy QBs over the past few weeks. Since Week 3, QBs facing the Buccaneers have finished as QB: 2,4,3,14,11,1. Fire up Murray!
After finishing as the QB1 from Week9 (after torching the Buccaneers), Russell Wilson sees his weekly ranking fall, taking a trip south to San Francisco for a Monday Night Football matchup with the leagues stingiest secondary.
Runningback Rankings
Somehow, Christian McCaffery is not the RB1 for all the Ballers, in a friendly game against the run-funnel Packers Defense that is allowing the 5th most points to opposing RBs.
Just like we welcomed back Patrick Mahomes, fantasy owners are definitely welcoming Alvin Kamara back to their teams. The bye came at the perfect time to allow him to get 100% before this home game against the Falcons, who are allowing the 9th most points to opposing RBs.
James Conner is out, so fire up Jaylen Samuels, especially in PPR leagues as he’s coming off a 13 reception game.
Ronald Jones has also been getting a lot of hype heading into Week 10 and is coming off one of this best games of his 2019 season.
Wide Receiver Rankings
Davante Adams returned last week and immediately commanded a 30%+ target share.
Odell Beckham has had a down year, but a home game versus the Bills could be the ticket to finally break out of his slump.
WRs changing teams often struggle in their first year, as evidenced by Odell Beckham. WRs changing teams mid-season is almost always a recipe for failure. (See Golden Tate’s 2018 stats). But Emmanuel Sanders has been unstoppable and shown great rapport with Jimmy Garoppolo.
Tight End Rankings
With T.Y. Hilton on the shelf and Brian Hoyer at the helm, both Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle are falling inside the top 10.
O.J. Howard has been a sore spot for many fantasy owners, but a get-right game against the Cardinals who are allowing the most points to WRs and second most to TEs.

Mike Gesicki has been a hot waiver target for the week, facing a Colts team that allows the 4th most points to opposing TEs, while also projecting for a target bump with Preston Williams being lost for the season.
