I got a team in a 12-team league that’s looking pretty good for a run in the playoffs. I am having difficulties in making one decision. So my team is as follows:
QB: Bortles/Carr
RB: West, Gurley, Woodhead, Ajayi
WR: ODB (keeper), Alshon, LaFell, Stevie Johnson, Watkins
TE: Gates
K: Who cares
Defense: Bills
The issue I’m having right now is figuring out what to do with my final slot. It’s a keeper league, with 2 keepers possible, 3 rounds up from where they were drafted previously. Free agent pickups are round 12 picks next year. I have ODB from last year as my keeper. So should I add another speculative RB (like Cobb) for a possible keeper, get another backup defense (which is what I have this week), or a backup TE (Ebron, Sefarian-Jenkins are available)?
If I don’t have any speculative keepers, I might just keep Gurley as my first round pick next year, because there’s no way he will drop to me since we do a reverse snake with previous champion getting 12th/13th pick.
