NFL DFS FanDuel GPP Picks: Week 4 (Fantasy Football)
Building winning GPP lineups is tough by definition. However, there are a few key things to look for when filling out your roster. First and foremost is ceiling. We want players with the potential to score the most points. Next is leverage. We want the players who can take advantage of what the rest of the field is doing. Finally, we have to build a lineup that tells a winning story through game script and stacking.
Every week in this article, I will highlight my favorite FanDuel GPP picks at each position for the main slate of games. It will not be an exhaustive list, but it aims to give you a starting point and a way of thinking as you build your tournament lineups. But don’t stop here. Quarterbacks
Note: You should always check out the Cash Picks article that Julia Papworth puts out, and I want to call attention to it again this week. She covers Joe Burrow ($8,200) and Trevor Lawrence ($7,900), who are both stackable for GPPs this week as well. I want to be overweight on both of them in large-field tournaments.
Dak Prescott @ HOU – $8,100
There was a time when you would want to avoid QBs against Houston, but that hasn’t been the case this season. The Texans are allowing 8.1 yards/attempt, the sixth-highest in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are as pass-heavy as ever, leading the league with an 8.9% PROE. It is a great game environment with a healthy 48.5-point over/under and a 4.0 Game Pace Score (GPS), and there are plenty of ways to stack with Dak in this matchup.
