Drew Brees is likely the safest QB on the board this week, despite this game coming on the road. TB has allowed the second-most passing touchdowns (28), the sixth-most yards, the fifth-most passing yards and the fifth-most point per game. They rank 29th in pass DVOA and are top five when it comes to fantasy points against vs. each position.

Ben Roethlisberger @ OAK $8,600

Without James Conner, there’s a chance that Big Ben throws the ball 50 plus times in this game. The Oakland Raiders are allowing the fifth-most yards, second-most points and seventh-most fantasy points to QB’s. They rank 31st in overall defense, and 32nd against the pass, according to Football Outsiders. I’m not even worried about the home/away splits. Oakland has also allowed the most passing touchdowns this season (29).
