NFL DFS DraftKings GPP Picks: Week 13 (Fantasy Football)
For the purposes of this article, I’ll be highlighting plays that I believe have a solid range of outcomes at reduced roster percentage, but that doesn’t mean we can’t sprinkle in some cash plays into our lineup as well. For my full breakdown on DraftKings for Week 13 cash games, be sure to check out my picks here.
When building your GPP lineups, be sure to reference our all-new Roster Percentage Report as well as our DFS Rankings in order to identify plays who have a solid projection yet may be undervalued relative to the field. In order to compete in GPPs, we’ll want to utilize a combination of cash plays and GPP plays in order to build solid lineups without sacrificing too much in the way of projection. Quarterback
Lamar Jackson $7,800
Jackson is the most expensive QB on the slate, but when you look at the QBs this week, there really aren’t that many that can separate at the position, especially with their legs. Kyler Murray remains questionable, and there’s no Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes or Dak Prescott‘s to compete with. Plus, Jalen Hurts is battling an ankle issue. My point here is that Lamar has the opportunity to be a difference maker if we get a ceiling game from the Ravens QB. This spot against the Steelers may seem difficult, but the stats say otherwise. Pittsburgh ranks bottom 10 in EPA per pass, pass success rate and pass defense DVOA allowed on the year. After a 4 INT performance on prime time a week ago, I like betting on Jackson for a bounce back here.
Kirk Cousins $6,500
The Detroit Lions…Oh, you wanted more analysis than that? Okay, fine. Kirk Cousins has actually been one of the NFL’s best real life passers this year according to PFF’s passing grades, and now he gets a Lions secondary that just let Andy Dalton throw for over 300 yards on Thanksgiving without Allen Robinson in the lineup. Kirk Cousins double stacks routinely come in under rostered in tournaments, and if Mattison ends up becoming a popular play this week, I like Cousins stacks as leverage in a game being played in a dome where Vegas projects the Vikings to score 27 points.
