Game Outlook
One of the hottest teams in football, the surging Jacksonville Jaguars travel to East Rutherford, NJ to take on a Jets team fighting for playoff positioning. Both teams have a lot on the line in this one as it’s pivotal for the AFC playoff race. The Jags are currently the No. 10 seed and control their own destiny while the Jets are currently the No. 9 seed and need a W after dropping three straight and four of their last five.
This total opened at 42.0 and has been in free fall ever since, potentially signaling a lower scoring game is on the docket for Thursday evening. In eight Zach Wilson starts this year, New York is 6-2 to the under while Jags games have hit the over in four straight. Clearly, something’s gotta give in this AFC battle. Weather could be a factor on Thursday night with current temperatures projected to be in the low 40’s with rain and wind projected throughout.
