Austin Ekeler, RB (WAS)

Runs for 36 yards in SNF win

Ekeler rushed eight times for 36 yards in Sunday night's 27-10 win over the Eagles.

The veteran running back wasn't targeted in the passing game on a night when Jayden Daniels attempted 29 passes. Involved in a three-way backfield that also includes Rachaad White and Jeremy McNichols (foot), Ekeler has minimal fantasy appeal headed into next Sunday's matchup with the Rams' strong defense. Jacory Croskey-Merritt (foot) is required to miss at least one more game on injured reserve.

Mid-foot injury is concerning

Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said Monday that McNichols has a "mid-foot" injury and is concerned that the running back is dealing with something "serious," Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.
