Nailor took a blow to the head late in the second quarter, and he was ultimately diagnosed with a concussion. The wide receiver will finish his day having recorded no stats. In his absence, Tre Tucker, Cody White and Dareke Young will operate as the Raiders' top options at wide receiver.
