Being evaluated for possible concussion
Chase is under evaluation for a possible concussion during Sunday's game versus the Jaguars.
Chase was ripped down by his facemask on a four-yard catch by a Jacksonville defender in the second quarter and remained on the turf before hitting the sidelines and eventually going to the locker room. If he ends up entering the protocol for head injuries, he'll be out for the rest of Week 4, and Tee Higgins, Dohnte Meyers and Mitchell Tinsley will be tasked with WR duties for the rest of Sunday.
