Questionable for Week 4
Spears (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Despite Spears upgrading to a full practice Friday, the Titans aren't yet ready to clear him for Sunday's contest. It would still be somewhat of a shock if he didn't play after coach Robert Saleh has said all week he's optimistic Spears can go versus Baltimore. The running back has minimal fantasy appeal in the Tennessee offense behind clear lead back Tony Pollard.
