Week 6 Cash Game Picks on FanDuel
Quarterbacks
Matt Ryan vs. TB $8,300
Matt Ryan had a stinker last week, but he still leads all QBs on the Sunday slate in FanDuel points per game. He returns home where he’s averaging 355 passing yards over his three games. He has 12 total touchdowns at home compared to one in two games on the road. Ryan has a 76.5 completion percentage at home and a brutal 58.0% on the road. This is also a fantastic spot for Ryan as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are allowing the second-most yards and passing yards per game. They have allowed a league-high 34.8 points per game and the most to QBs. Football Outsiders has them ranked as the worst overall defense and the worst against the pass.
Cam Newton @ WAS $8,400
As predicted last week, Drew Brees picked apart the Washington Redskins defense on Monday night. They were a defense that came in ranked top five against the pass and run, but were quickly put in their place last week. They’ve still allowed the fifth-fewest yards, sixth-fewest passing yards and sixth-fewest rushing yards per game. Like I said before, they hadn’t really played anyone great. Cam Newton has had at least 18 FanDuel points in every game and he’s averaging the third most points at QB. He’s one of the safest plays each week due to his ground game.
