Drew Brees is likely the safest QB on the board this week, despite this game coming on the road. TB has allowed the second-most passing touchdowns (28), the sixth-most yards, the fifth-most passing yards and the fifth-most point per game. They rank 29th in pass DVOA and are top five when it comes to fantasy points against vs. each position.

Philip Rivers vs. CIN $8,300

Philip Rivers is the only quarterback in the NFL to throw at least two passing touchdowns in each game this season. It’s hard to imagine that streak coming to an end with the Cincinnati Bengals on the schedule. The Bengals have given up the most yards, second-most passing yards, most points and most fantasy points to QB’s. They have surrendered 26 passing touchdowns and 16 rushing touchdowns.
