There’s a slight fear his team gets up in this game and sits near the end, but he’s a solid play in cash, because if that happens it means he would have done enough for a solid fantasy day. The Chiefs’ 33.5 team implied total is the highest on the board.
Cam Newton @ TB $8,700
Cam Newton has been inside the cash game articles all season, this week against Tampa Bay won’t change that. Newton has thrown at least two touchdowns in 10 straight games. He leads all QB’s in rushing yards and carries. Tampa Bay ranks dead last in pass DVOA, according to Football Outsiders and they’ve allowed a league-high 26 passing touchdowns. They’ve also allowed the fifth-most yards and passing yards per game, while allowing the second-most points per game.
