Thursday Night DraftKings Showdown for Week 10
Week 10 kicks off with a Thursday Night Football game between the Tennesee Titans at 6-2 and the Indianapolis Colts at 5-3. This AFC South divisional matchup will be crucial in determining seeding in the division as both of these teams have a shot at the division crown and a playoff birth, which should make for an exciting matchup. The Titans are two-point home favorites against the visiting Colts with a 48.5 over/under. The Titans host a 25.3 team implied total with the Colts getting 23.3 points according to Vegas. Captain Spot Choices
Derrick Henry $16,200
Henry projects as the most heavily owned captain on Thursday Night Football, as he’s a safe volume type of play on Thursday against the Colts. But, there’s one problem – the Colts have absolutely stymied opposing rushing attacks to the tune of just 83.8 rushing yards per game, which ranks 2nd best in the NFL. The Colts have given up the 2nd fewest fantasy points to opposing RBs, and on a site like DraftKings, Henry’s lack of passing down work could really limit his upside as our captain this week. Even in a tough matchup, we know the Titans want to attack with King Henry on the ground and we’ve seen him put up big games in tough matchups before. I’ll likely be underweight on Henry in my captain spot this week.
