For the purposes of this article, I’ll be highlighting plays that I believe have paths to a ceiling outcome at reduced roster percentage, but that doesn’t mean we can’t sprinkle in some cash plays into our lineup as well. For my full breakdown on DraftKings for Week 5 cash games, be sure to check out my DraftKings cash picks here.

When building your GPP lineups, be sure to reference our Roster Percentage Report as well as our DFS Rankings in order to identify plays that have a solid projection yet may be undervalued by the field. In order to compete in GPPs, we’ll want to utilize a combination of cash plays and GPP plays in order to build solid lineups without sacrificing too much in the way of projection. For more on how to use roster percentages and build strong GPP lineups, be sure to check out this episode of the DFS Podcast.

Quarterbacks

Kyler Murray $7,400
With Josh Allen, Tom Brady and Jalen Hurts in the same game soaking up all the roster percentage on this slate, Kyler Murray is going to go overlooked in tournaments. It’s a brutal matchup on paper against an Eagles secondary that 3rd in overall DVOA and 2nd in pass defense DVOA, but this play is all about leverage and game environment. The Philly/Arizona game carries the slate’s highest total, and if the Eagles can take care of business, that should force Kyler into a ton of drop backs. Despite dealing with a rag tag group of weapons and a head coach who makes less than ideal decisions, Murray has still banked 20+ DraftKings points in three of four games.
