NFL DFS DraftKings GPP Picks: Week 17 (Fantasy Football)

For the purposes of this article, I’ll be highlighting plays that I believe have upside at reduced roster percentages, but that doesn’t mean we can’t sprinkle in some cash plays into our GPP lineups as well. When building your GPP lineups, be sure to reference our Roster Percentage Report as well as our DFS Rankings in order to identify plays who have a solid projection yet may be undervalued by the field. In order to compete in GPPs, we’ll want to utilize a combination of cash plays and GPP plays in order to build solid lineups without sacrificing too much in the way of projection. Quarterback

C.J. Stroud $7,100 vs. TEN
Welcome back, CJ Stroud! The last time we saw him play, he was knocked out of that rainy and windy game against the Jets with a concussion. But before that game, Stroud was ballin’, averaging 348 passing yards per game (9.6 YPA) and 2.2 TD per game from Weeks 9-13. Now, he gets a home matchup against a Titans pass funnel defense that’s been giving up a ton of deep looks. Defensively, the Titans are facing the NFL’s 2nd-lowest check down rate, which matches up perfectly with Stroud’s willingness to push the ball down the field. Among all QBs with 100+ drop backs this year, Stroud’s 9.7-yard aDOT is second in the NFL. Stroud double stacks are very much back in play this week in a favorable matchup, especially considering his home/road splits and win/loss splits. In home games, Stroud is averaging 324.7 yards per game as compared to just 226.3 yards on the road. In wins, the likely Offensive Rookie of the Year is averaging 317.3 yards and 2.2 TDs compared to just 226.3 yards and 0.7 TDs in losses. Houston is favored at home by four points with a healthy 24 point team implied total.
