NFL DFS Best Plays for Week 17 (Fantasy Football)
Each week we will review some of the content found in the DFS Pass and discuss some of our most confident plays heading into Sunday. A lot can change over the weekend, especially with injury news (See Betz’s Injury Blitz podcast) and roster percentages shifting who is in or out before roster lock time. Let’s review.

Week 17 Main Slate Podcast
Locked-In Cash Plays
Borg – If Josh Jacobs is ruled out, Zamir White is locked in my lineup. But as I mentioned on the podcast, Kyren Williams is too good to pass up even at an elevated price point. He’s averaged 26.6 opportunities per game since returning from IR and the Giants have allowed the 3rd most rushing TDs in the NFL. He is CMC lite but with some of the cheap options at QB this week, it’s possible to play them both together in cash.
Betz – Christian. McCaffrey. Unbelievable spot against a Washington defense that ranks 31st in schedule-adjusted points to RBs over the last six weeks. They’ve allowed at least one RB to go for 100+ scrimmage yards and 1+ TD in seven straight games. CMC will be number eight. His floor/ceiling combo is unmatched on this slate.
DraftKings Core Plays
These are the 3-5 players at each position we have mixed in our cash player pool. Based on salaries, late news, and budget constraints, it is guaranteed you will not be able to fit in all of them. But their high floors and team-implied totals make them great plays for the week in both cash & GPPs.
These are simply in order of favorite core players. You obviously won’t be able to fit all in a cash lineup and there are salary tradeoffs for paying up at each position.

There are some interesting cheap options this week, but you can poke holes in all of them. Tyrod is taking on a surging Rams team with Wan’Dale questionable, Brissett picked up a hamstring injury late in the week and is questionable, and Stidham is going to be down at least Sutton but possibly Mims and Jeudy as well. As a result, we find ourselves wanting to get up to one of Purdy or Hurts for cash games as both guys are in unbelievable spots against the Commanders and Cardinals, respectively.
