Divisional Round Vegas Report
Tennessee Titans @ New England Patriots -13.5 (48)
The Titans are playing with house money, after wining on the final week of the season to get into the playoffs, and then coming back and beating the Chiefs on the road last week. They face their toughest test yet, though, against an angry Tom Brady. Tennessee can thank ESPN for that as a report surfaced last week suggesting a riff between Brady and Bill Belichick. Forget all that, because the Patriots are a much better team than the Titans. Marcus Mariota threw a total of 13 touchdowns and 15 interceptions this season, and his Titans haven’t won in New England since they were the Houston Oilers back in 1993. With all of that said, the Titans make for great tournament plays as they are cheap, and there is a threat of a back door cover. DeMarco Murray is ruled out which means you can expect another 20 plus touches for Derrick Henry. It looks like Rex Burkhead will sit this one out making Dion Lewis a fine play, despite Tennessee’s strong run defense. Stacking this game is a solid strategy.
