DFS WR vs. CB Matchups to Exploit in Week 15 (Fantasy Football)
There’s never a better time to integrate specific WR/CB matchups into your DFS process. While this is only a piece of the puzzle, this tool allows you to better value ceiling-type plays for elite WRs and who can run circles around their opponent.
I break up this WR/CB article into a couple of categories: Alpha WRs, Slot Mavens, Discount Target Specials, and Full-On Fades. The goal is to go from the top-tier stars to move down to bargain WRs with excellent matchups. As always, make sure you use the tools found in the DFS Pass such as the Value Comparison and Buzz Report to discern which WR would be best in cash and tournament lineup builds.
It wouldn’t be an Alpha WR section without first starting off by highlighting Cooper Kupp. He leads the league in almost every stat imaginable for WRs.

With Seahawks safety Jamal Adams is now out for the year, the Seahawks are reeling in the secondary. Seattle is allowing the most passing yards and the highest pass success rate in the NFL. Look for major production in the slot with CB Ugo Amadi allowing an 85 percent catch rate and 0.30 fantasy points per route covered. At $9,000 on both sites, I have Kupp locked in my cash game lineup on DraftKings and FanDuel. That may sound expensive but with so few high-end RBs on the slate, I’m willing to pay up for high-end production from a WR who looks like the surest thing in fantasy this side of Jonathan Taylor in 2021.
