Welcome to the final lap, Championship Week. If you’ve made it this far in the race it is likely that you have a QB option on your roster that you trust to produce.  But maybe your guy has a tough matchup this week, or weather becomes a concern over the coming holiday weekend and you need a fill-in.  The Footballers have a few suggestions of guys that you can scoop off waivers and who can give you quality production.  With a little luck, you may even find yourself in the Winner’s Circle hoisting up a #FootClanTitle.

Tyrod Taylor vs MIA (ESPN 64%, Yahoo 69%)

Another week at home for the Bills, unfortunately, though they do not get another date with the Browns.  This time they face division rival Miami.  On paper, it is a tougher matchup but this may be good news for Tyrod Taylor as the Fins boast a tougher run defense.  This should force the Bills to pick up yardage through the air giving T-Mobile the chance to rack up some points for his owners.

Blake Bortles vs TEN (ESPN 55.1%, Yahoo 57%)

This may smell bad, kid. But Blake Bortles is actually the QB #13 on the season and has had some great fantasy games mixed in with some stinkers.  You don’t need Bortles to be good IRL for him to be a worthy start in fantasy.  He still has the physical tools and this offense has the requisite weapons for him to get it done.

Colin Kaepernick @ LA (ESPN 36.3%, Yahoo 33%)

If you got burned by Kaepernick in the past there may be nothing we can say to make you consider him this week.  So perhaps Matt Barkley is more your speed (vs WAS, ESPN 2%, Yahoo 3%).  If you have an open mind and want to give Kaepernick a shot he does face the Rams this week who have a tough run defense but are middle of the pack in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing QBs.
