Round 1
Borg – Ja’Marr Chase, Mike – Breece Hall, Andy – Jahmyr Gibbs, Jason – A.J. Brown
Kyle kicks things off by taking Chase at 1.06 after he falls after Amon-Ra St. Brown. Mike then grabs Breece Hall to potentially start a hero RB build depending on how things fall. Andy then discusses if he would like to have the top of tier 3 at WR or go with the last RB in tier 2. He decides to go RB and chooses Jahmyr Gibbs. Jason makes no qualms about his rankings and goes with A.J. Brown over Justin Jefferson who goes at 1.10 right after.
Round 2
Borg – Chris Olave, Mike – Nico Collins, Andy – Travis Etienne, Jason – Kyren Williams
Jason quickly picks Kyren Williams and is not worried about the pick of Blake Corum hurting Kyren immensely. Andy then grabs Travis Etienne who he has ranked highly and tiered higher than the next running backs. Mike decides against the hero RB strategy and goes with Nico Collins who he has as a top-10 WR. Kyle then grabs Chris Olave at 2.07 to start a zero RB type of draft.
Round 3
Borg – Isiah Pacheco, Mike – Jaylen Waddle, Andy – Rachaad White, Jason – Jalen Hurts
Borg decides to grab an RB in the 3rd and that running back is Isiah Pacheco. He is the highest tiered RB left at this point in the draft and that makes his decision easy. Mike thought Pacheco or Jaylen Waddle would be there for his 3rd pick, so after Pacheco goes he snags Waddle. Andy decides to inject the testosterone into the mock draft and goes with Rachaad White to start his draft with 3 running backs. Jason then lets out a sigh of relief as he is able to complete his Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown stack.
Round 4
Borg – Mark Andrews, Mike – James Cook, Andy – Cooper Kupp, Jason – D.K. Metcalf
Jason discusses being torn between a few players and how he would rather grab running backs from the waiver wire in a real league so he decides to go with wide receiver. Malik Nabers is in consideration for him but he ultimately goes with D.K. Metcalf. Andy then grabs Cooper Kupp with his next pick after discussing how he led the Rams in multiple red zone categories even with the emergence of Puka Nacua and his injury. Mike then grabs James Cook hoping that he can get into the endzone more this season. Kyle then takes Mark Andrews at 4.07 to secure an elite tight end for his squad.
Round 5
Borg – George Pickens, Mike – Tee Higgins, Andy – Alvin Kamara, Jason – Dalton Kincaid
Kyle decides to continue going heavy WR and snags George Pickens. Mike wants to see Andy sweat his next pick and takes Tee Higgins off the board. Andy without hesitation takes Alvin Kamara and will get after it with 4 running backs! He needs to grab a QB but knows that the 4 teams after him have all taken one already, so he decides to wait. Jason thinks the Bills offense transforms this year and that Dalton Kincaid will be the target leader for the them, so with that he picks Kincaid.
Round 6
Borg – David Montgomery, Mike – Joe Burrow, Andy – Kyler Murray, Jason – Rhamondre Stevenson
Jason begins round 6 with a mini-tilt and takes his time picking, but decides to grab Rhamondre Stevenson after not loving any WRs around that ADP. Andy wants to get a QB before the pickings become slim and decides upon Kyler Murray. Mike has Higgins and decides to grab Joe Burrow to complete that stack. Borg would have passed on Burrow in the 6th and is happy to take David Montgomery to add another running back to his squad.
Round 7
Borg – Jonathan Brooks, Mike – Raheem Mostert, Andy – Calvin Ridley, Jason – Ladd McConkey
The board comes back around to Kyle and he decides to swing for the fence and goes with Jonathan Brooks. Mike decides to go Dolphin heavy and snags Raheem Mostert. Andy goes back to ole faithful and immediately grabs Calvin Ridley for his team. Jason then snags the rookie wonder of his eye and picks Ladd McConkey.
Round 8
Borg – Jaylen Warren, Mike – Christian Watson, Andy – Brian Thomas, Jason – Zack Moss
Jason feels that he needs another running back for how he has drafted so far and he decides that RB will be Zack Moss. Andy needs wide receiver help still so he decides to shoot for upside with Brian Thomas. Christian Watson comes off the board next for Mike and he believes that Watson will be the go-to guy for Jordan Love next year. Borg continues the heavy late round RB run after starting heavy with WRs.
Round 9
Borg – Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Mike – Brock Bowers, Andy – Gus Edwards, Jason – Tyjae Spears
Kyle then grabs Jaxon Smith-Njigba in the 9th. Mike decides to finally grab a tight-end and decides that the upside of Brock Bowers is worth the risk. Andy grabs yet another running back in Gus Edwards after deciding that there are a few dart throw receivers who are all on the same level in his opinion. Jason rounds out the Ballers selections in the 9th with Tyjae Spears.
Round 10
Borg – Jayden Daniels, Mike – Curtis Samuel, Andy – Jameson Williams, Jason – Jerome Ford
Jason is not a big fan of the wide receivers here still and he thinks the potential of Jerome Ford is worth foregoing any WRs here. Andy then does take a stab at an upside wide receiver here and takes Jameson Williams. Mike decides to go with a safer floor play of Curtis Samuel who could end up being the number 1 wide receiver in Buffalo and wants to have a part of the Josh Allen led offense. Kyle decides it is time to grab a quarterback and picks Jayden Daniels at 10.07 knowing that he can always grab another on the waiver wire later.
Round 11
Borg – Jahan Dotson, Mike – Rico Dowdle, Andy – Pat Freiermuth, Jason – Romeo Doubs
Borg decides to stack his Daniels pick and grabs Jahan Dotson here. Mike discusses how projecting running backs is a difficult task but he believes that Dallas will have a good offense so the shot on Rico Dowdle is worth it for his squad. Andy then grabs the tight end for his squad and picks Pat Freiermuth. Jason needs wide receiver for his team and he picks Romeo Doubs here in the 11th.
Round 12
Borg – Marshawn Lloyd, Mike – Joshua Palmer, Andy – Ja’Lynn Polk, Jason – Michael Wilson
Jason then rounds out his team with the home team selection of Michael Wilson. Andy then grabs another upside shot rookie in Ja’Lynn Polk. Mike wants to shoot for an upside wide receiver as well but decides that the floor of Josh Palmer fits this team build better. Borg then rounds out the last of the Ballers selections and goes for an upside running back in Marshawn Lloyd.
