Rivers is tied for second in the league in pass TDs (11) and has a stable of pass-catching weapons in Keenan Allen, Melvin Gordon, Austin Ekeler, Mike Williams, Tyrell Williams, Travis Benjamin, and Antonio Gates. He gets to play at home this week against a Raiders’ defense that ranks 18th in passing yards allowed per game and 24th in Pass DVOA.

Cam Newton vs. New York Giants $6,400
Over the Panthers last two games, Cam has proven he offers upside through the air and on the ground. He threw for 335 yards and 3 TDs in Week 2 against Atlanta and rushed for 36 yards and 2 rush TDs in Week 3 against the Bengals. Coming out of the Panthers’ bye week, Newton now gets to play at home against a Giants’ defense that ranks 22nd in Pass DVOA.
