Foles’ price of only $4,700 is extremely enticing after watching him throw for 270 yards on the road against the Rams. Last year’s Super Bowl winning QB now gets to play at home against a Texans defense that ranks 26th in passing yards allowed per game and 22nd in Pass DVOA.
