NFL DFS cash games are all about building a high-floor lineup that can win in head-to-heads, 50/50s, and double-ups. Each week I’ll highlight my favorite cash game picks that I have some confidence heading into the weekend to put into my player pools.

For more on cash game strategy, be sure you listen to our DFS Cash Overview episode. Be sure you’re also subscribed to the DFS Podcast where Kyle and I go through the main slate every Friday and recap each slate on Tuesdays. Let’s get after it!

*Note: Plays listed below are in order of salary, NOT necessarily ranked by preferred plays. I’ll be updating this article from Friday – Sunday pending any news, so be sure to check back prior to lock!

Quarterbacks

Justin Fields $7,100 vs. ARI
The Cardinals man…they rank 31st in EPA per pass attempt, 26th in schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed to QBs, and 40% of opponent pass attempts result in a 1st down or TD, by far the highest rate in the NFL. When Fields has struggled this year, it’s been against pressure. Fortunately, the Cardinals’ pass rush is soft as Charmin, ranking dead last in pressure rate and QB hits. When under pressure this year, Fields has cratered, averaging just 4.8 YPA. From a clean pocket, he’s shined, averaging 8.0 YPA. This profiles as a spot where Fields can pick apart this defense that’s allowed opposing QBs to average *checks notes* NINE POINT THREE yards per pass attempt since Week 10. Plus, we know Fields can get the job done with his legs as well, averaging 59.3 rushing yards per game over his last six starts.
