Locked-In Cash Plays
DraftKings Picks / FanDuel Picks
Borg – Child, please. Keenan Allen is locked in for me on DraftKings at $7000. He’s been a PPR alpha over the last six weeks and with Mike Williams declared out, the opportunity is there for him to 3x or more. We took the over on his receiving prop… oh, and just so happens to be my favorite player in the NFL.
Betz – Justin Jefferson is a guy I’m going to play in cash and GPPs a ton. He’s at home against the Giants, this is the only dome game on the slate, and it’s got the highest total. JJets has just five total receptions over the last two weeks…sounds like a pretty darn good regression candidate to me.
DraftKings Core Plays
These are the 3-5 players at each position I have mixed in my player pool. Based on salaries, late news, and budget constraints, it’s not a guarantee I fit in all of them. But their high floors and team-implied totals make them great plays for the week in both cash & GPPs.
These are simply in order of favorite core players. You obviously won’t be able to fit all in a cash lineup and there are salary tradeoffs for paying up at each position.
DraftKings-QB | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
BORG | Daniel Jones | Josh Allen | Joe Burrow | Justin Herbert | Kirk Cousins |
BETZ | Daniel Jones | Josh Allen | Kirk Cousins | Joe Burrow | Justin Herbert |
There are two elite options on this slate for cash games at different price points. Josh Allen is the best play on the slate not considering salary, but dropping down Daniel Jones against Minnesota makes sense for value. They’re our favorite cash plays while Kirk Cousins and Justin Herbert have appeal for tournaments in game environments we like.
