Locked-In Cash Plays

DraftKings Cash Picks / FanDuel Cash Picks

Borg Raheem Mostert is firmly in my cash lineup this week but you probably already had him in as well. I’m expecting 60+ percent in double-ups but he needs to be approaching 75% based on his role, this offense, their team implied total (30), and the matchup. The Panthers rank dead last in expected points per rush attempt and rush DVOA. He’s averaging 2.4 red zone carries a game and three receptions highlighting that you don’t necessarily need a monster long run but I mean… c’mon, this is the Dolphins. Big plays happen.

Betz Ja’Marr Chase at $8,300 is undervalued. He should probably be $8,800 to $9,000 after exploding for 55 DK points a week ago. Tee Higgins is due back, but he’s banged up, and Chase’s usage this year even with Tee in the lineup has been elite. Seattle’s pass defense numbers look okay on the surface, but prior to Daniel Jones and the Giants offense face planting in Week 4, the Seattle D ranked 27th in EPA per pass attempt. With Burrow’s health trending in the right direction and the savings from Tyreek or Kupp down to Chase, he’s my top WR play this week.

DraftKings Core Plays

These are the 3-5 players at each position we have mixed in our cash player pool. Based on salaries, late news, and budget constraints, it is guaranteed you will not be able to fit in all of them. But their high floors and team-implied totals make them great plays for the week in both cash & GPPs.

These are simply in order of favorite core players. You obviously won’t be able to fit all in a cash lineup and there are salary tradeoffs for paying up at each position.

It’s been Gardner vs Stafford all week. What does that $1,100 afford you? That is the question worth exploring in your builds but don’t view Gardner as simply a punt play. 15+ points from him and you’d be happy although more might be on the table knowing he runs a little. Stafford faces an Arizona defense allowing the most schedule-adjusted fantasy points to the QB position. Burrow is way too cheap for his perceived upside making a stack with Ja’Marr Chase in both cash and GPPs in play.
